弧形金属基超硬磨料砂轮在位精密修形的研究

Research on the in-situ precision profile modification of the arc-shaped metal based superabrasive wheel

  • 摘要: 采用电火花在位修形技术,对弧形金属基超硬磨料砂轮进行了精密成形修形实验,结果表明:与传统“对磨法”相比,修形精度和效率上都有大幅度提高:当放电间隙为55 μm,放电电流为15 A,占空比为20%,砂轮转速为1 200 r/min时,获得轮廓偏差PV值为4.58 μm的高精度砂轮。修形精度提高12.09%,修形效率提高37%。

     

    Abstract: The EDM in-situ dressing technology is used to carry out the precision dressing experiment on the arc-shaped metal base superabrasive wheel. The results show that: compared with the traditional Compared with the "opposite grinding method", the precision and efficiency of the dressing are greatly improved: when the discharge gap is 55 μ m, the discharge current is 15 A, the duty cycle is 20%, and the rotation speed of the grinding wheel is 1 200 r/min, the high precision grinding wheel with the contour deviation PV value of 4.58 μ m is obtained. The efficiency and accuracy of the modification were increased by 37% and 12.09%.
