基于数字化测量技术的装配阶差间隙预测方法

An assembly gap and step prediction method based on digital measurement technology

  • 摘要: 提出了基于数字化测量技术的装配阶差间隙预测方法,并以舱门-门框装配为例进行了详细阐述。首先介绍了摄影扫描组合测量方法的原理及测量流程;接着以飞机舱门装配为例,从约束关系建立、位姿调整和阶差间隙求解3个方面详细阐述了数据分析步骤;最后以某型飞机舱门试验件为验证对象,对装配阶差间隙值进行了预测分析,并将预测值与装配后的实测值进行了对比,验证了方法的有效性及可行性。

     

    Abstract: A gap and step prediction method based on digital measurement technology is proposed. The door-door frame assembly is taken as an example to illustrate the relevant algorithm and process. Firstly, the technical principle of photogrammetric-scanning measurement method is introduced. Then taking aircraft door assembly as an example, the procedures of measurement data analysis are introduced in detail from three aspects: constraint relation establishment, door position adjustment and gap/step calculation. Finally, an aircraft door is taken as the verification object to predict the value of the gap and step. At the end of article, the predicted value is compared with the measured value after assembly to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
