An RTCP automatic measurement loop based on least square method

  • 摘要: 五轴机床的RTCP功能正常工作,需要对机床的相关几何参数进行正确的标定。标定的精度直接影响到机床的RTCP动作精度。通过测头实现机床的RTCP相关参数自动标定,可以有效提高机床的RTCP参数标定效率,并保证机床的精度稳定性。提出一种基于最小二乘拟合的方法来实现机床的RTCP参数自动高精度标定,具有标定精度高,标定速度快,全程无需人工干涉等优点。该功能在配备GNC60数控系统的机床上实现。最终通过检验运行自动标定循环后的机床的RTCP精度和S型试件加工的精度,证明了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The RTCP function of the 5-axis machine tool works normally, it is necessary to calibrate the relevant geometric parameters of the machine tool correctly. The accuracy of calibration directly affects the RTCP operation accuracy of machine tools. It is an important part of high-grade CNC system to realize the automatic calibration of RTCP parameters of machine tools through the probe, which can effectively improve the efficiency of RTCP parameter calibration of machine tools and ensure the accuracy stability of machine tools. A method based on least square fitting is proposed to realize the automatic and high-precision calibration of RTCP parameters of machine tools, which has the advantages of high calibration accuracy, fast calibration speed and no need of human interference in the whole process. This function is realized on the machine equipped with GNC60 numerical control system. Finally, the validity of the method is proved by checking the RTCP accuracy of the machine tool and the machining accuracy of the S-shaped specimen after the automatic calibration cycle.
