新型动静压差速转台低速运动平稳性实验研究

Experimental study on the stability of low-speed motion of a novel hybrid rotary table

  • 摘要: 以新型动静压差速转台为研究对象,采用圆光栅和NI6356仪器构建数据采集与测试系统,通过对光栅输出信号的分析与处理,对转台的低速运动平稳性进行了实验研究。结果表明,新型转台在结构上增加中盘,让上盘(工作台)在流动的油膜上启动运行,不仅能够有效减小动静摩擦力之差,抑制上盘的爬行效应,而且能够降低上盘的功率消耗,为提高转台的低速运动平稳性提供了一种新途径。

     

    Abstract: In order to research the stability of low-speed motion of a novel hybrid rotary table, an experimental system is established with a circular grating and NI6356 equipment. The output data of the grating is collected and analyzed. The results show that it is effective to have a middle plate in the rotary table, which allows the upper plate to start running on a flowing oil film. It is a new method to improve the stability of low-speed motion of the hybrid rotary table, which can not only suppress the crawling effect by reducing the difference between static and kinetic friction but also lower the power consumption of the upper plate.
