一种基于头架主轴为变速运动的曲轴随动磨削加工方法研究

Research on crankshaft follow-up grinding method based on variable speed movement of headstock spindle

  • 摘要: 针对曲轴传统磨削加工方式影响曲轴精度和表面质量的问题,提出一种基于头架主轴为变速运动,砂轮做恒速进给的随动磨削方式。通过推导随动磨削加工瞬时位置方程,建立随动磨削运动轨迹控制模型,仿真分析对比两种磨削加工方式。分析结果显示主轴为变速运动的随动磨削加工方式受砂轮半径影响小,磨削点相对于转动中心的速度和受力状态更稳定,大大提高曲轴的表面加工质量。

     

    Abstract: In view of the influence of traditional grinding methods on crankshaft accuracy and surface quality, a follow-up grinding method based on the headstock spindle with variable speed movement and constant speed feed of grinding wheel is proposed in this paper. By deriving the instantaneous position equation of follow-up grinding, the motion trajectory control model of follow-up grinding is established. The two grinding methods are compared by simulation analysis. The results show that the radius of the grinding wheel has little influence on the following grinding mode with variable spindle motion, the speed and stress state of the grinding point relative to the rotating center are more stable, and the surface processing quality of crankshaft is greatly improved.
