基于PCA特征提取和驱动电流的数控机床进给轴状态检测

The state detection of CNC machine tool's feed axis based on PCA feature extraction and drive current

  • 摘要: 数控系统伺服驱动模块可替代外置传感器直接获取数控机床状态信息。融合PCA特征提取方法,制定出空载状态下基于驱动电流的进给轴状态检测策略。结果表明,该方法不但能有效提升数据采集的快速性和有效性,且可靠性高,能够用于工业现场的数控机床进给轴快速状态检测。

     

    Abstract: The servo drive channel of CNC can directly acquire the status information of the CNC system instead of external sensors. Integrating PCA feature extraction method, develop a feed axis state detection strategy based on the drive current in no-load case. The result show that this method can not only effectively improve the speed and the effectiveness of data acquisition, but also have high reliability, and could be used for fast state detection of CNC machine tool's feed axis in industrial field.
