Abstract:
This paper analyzes the science and technology development strategies of Germany, the United States and Japan, which are the three major scientific and technological powers in the world. By combing the scientific and technological development process of the three countries, it analyzes the success factors of the science and technology strategies of each country, and summarizes the experience of using the national system to promote the development of science and technology.It provides a reference for the establishment and implementation of the new national system.
