Abstract:
Focusing on the large diameter thin-walled cylinder parts, the turning of work-piece is analyzed based on finite element analysis with Workbench system. First, the original solid model of the cylinder parts was built by using UG, static analysis is carried by the platform of Workbench, the stress and deformation trends were obtained. On this foundation, design a special process equipment to control the turning deformation of the cylinder parts. The structure and characteristics of the special tooling was introduced, and the structural stress of key parts was analyzed.After using the process equipment, the result show that the maximum deformation is reduced by 99%, the maximum stress is reduced by 75.5%.It could meet the processing requirements of the cylinder parts and provide a reference for the turning of other cylinder parts.
