轻量化龙门式激光加工机床主体结构动态特性分析

Dynamic characteristics analysis of the main structure of lightweight gantry laser processing machine

  • 摘要: 以一种轻量化非接触式龙门激光加工机床主体结构为研究对象,使用有限元分析方法在ANSYS平台上建立了该机构的有限元模型,并基于模态分析理论,求解了该结构前六阶固有频率及振型,分析了其刚度分布特点及结构设计合理性。进一步通过模态叠加法,得出了变形最大点及实际关心点的位移响应特性,发现了主体结构最应该避开的两个敏感频率:48.63 Hz和55.31 Hz,为轻量化龙门式激光加工机床动态设计和优化提供了理论参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Taking the main structure of a lightweight non-contact gantry laser processing machine as the research object, the finite element model of the mechanism was established on the ANSYS platform using the finite element analysis method, and based on model analysis theory, solving the structure of the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode, its stiffness distribution characteristics and structural design rationality were analyzed. Further through the modal superposition method, the displacement response characteristics of the maximum deformation point and the actual concern point are obtained, and the two sensitive frequencies that the main structure should avoid are found: 48.63 Hz and 55.31 Hz, which provide a theoretical reference for the dynamic design and optimization of lightweight gantry laser processing machine.
