基于S形曲线的电磁线圈排线控制算法

Control algorithm for electromagnetic coil wire arrangement based on S-shaped curve

  • 摘要: 针对电磁开关线圈因排线过程导针速度突变引起线圈出现跨线、凸起等问题,通过对绕线机的排线工作原理进行分析,提出一种基于5段S形曲线的加减速运动控制排线算法。为了解决线圈排线过程中的速度冲击,运用ADAMS软件对电磁线圈的排线运动过程进行模拟仿真,得到了运动过程中速度变化曲线和位移曲线,验证了S形曲线能够减小线圈排线速度变化的冲击。通过实例验证线圈排线控制算法的可行性,得到了5段S形曲线可以提升绕线机排线精度的结论。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coil spanning and protruding caused by the abrupt change of guide wire velocity in the winding process of electromagnetic switch coil, an acceleration and deceleration motion control routing algorithm based on five-section S-shaped curve is proposed by analyzing the wiring working principle of winding machine. In order to solve the speed impact in the process of winding wiring, ADAMS software was used to simulate the process of electromagnetic winding wiring, and the velocity change curve and displacement curve in the process of motion were obtained, which verified that the S-shaped curve could reduce the impact of the speed change of winding wiring. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by an example, and the conclusion that five-section S-shaped curve can improve the alignment precision of the winding machine is obtained.
