图像识别在轴承孔径检测中的应用

The application of image recognition in bearing aperture diameter

  • 摘要: 针对轴承内外圈等圆周类机械零件的尺寸检测问题,结合MATLAB图像处理模块,以提高精度和检测速度为原则,设计了基于图像识别的孔径自动检测系统。通过对采集的工件图片进行图像预处理、边缘检测准确提取出了轴承的外径和内径轮廓,采用最小二乘法对边缘点进行圆拟合,计算出了轴承的外径和内径尺寸。实验数据表明,该检测系统满足测量精度要求且准确度较高,解决了传统手工检测的效率低、浪费劳动力等问题,为机械零件的自动化尺寸检测提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: Inview of the problem of dimension measurement of circular mechanical parts such as bearing inner and outer circle, combined with the image processing module of MATLAB, in order to improve the precision and speed of detection for the principle, the aperture diameter automatic detection system based on image recognition was designed. The outer diameter and inner diameter of the bearing were accurately extracted by image preprocessing and edge detection of the collected workpiece images, and the outer diameter and inner diameter of the bearing were calculated by using the least square method to fit the edge points round. The experimental data show that the system meets the requirements of measurement accuracy and has high accuracy, solves the problems such as low efficiency and waste of labor in traditional manual detection, and provides a useful reference for automatic dimension detection of mechanical parts.
