Research and application of precision control technology for C axis of A/C double pendulum angel milling head

  • 摘要: 数控机床各项精度相辅相成,通过对A/C双摆角铣头C轴精度的误差分解,针对每一项引起C轴精度异常的原因,逐项分析误差检测方法及精度控制研究,最终将C轴精度由局部改善变为全面改善,有效提高C轴加工精度,避免由于C轴精度偏差所导致的零件质量问题。

     

    Abstract: The numerical control machine tools of various precision supplement each other, through the C axis error separation of A/C double pendulum angle milling head accuracy, for causes of each item of abnormal accuracy of C axis, analysis error detection method and the precision of control item by item, will eventually improve the C axis precision by local into an overall improvement, effectively improve the C axis machining precision, avoid the accuracy of C axis deviation caused by the parts quality problems.
