Virtual commissioning for CNC machine tools based on NX MCD

  • 摘要: 为有效提高数控机床设计、研发和调试的效率,借助虚拟调试技术节省机床调试的成本并降低实物调试的风险。提出了一种基于NX MCD的数控机床软件在环虚拟调试方法。通过PLCSIM Advanced构建虚拟PLC,运用TIA博图作为数据通讯和实时监测的虚拟验证手段,并以数控机床的模型和PLC控制程序的联合仿真为应用案例,验证了基于NX MCD的数控机床虚拟调试方案的可行性和有效性,并为数控机床和自动化设备的设计和调试提供了一种思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively enhance the efficiency of CNC machine tools for design, development and commissioning, virtual commissioning technology can save the cost of machine tool debugging and reduce the risk of in-site running-in. A method of software-in-the-loop virtual commissioning for CNC machine tool based on NX MCD is presented in this paper. By creating a virtual PLC via PLCSIM Advanced and utilizing TIA Portal as data communication and real-time monitoring, taking the joint simulation of CNC machine tool and PLC programme as the application, the feasibility and effectiveness of the means that is proposed in this paper has been proved. Furthermore, it provides an idea of the design and commissioning for CNC machine tools and automation equipment.
