面向增材制造的镂空点阵结构设计模块分析

Analysis of lattice structure design module for additive manufacturing

  • 摘要: 通过增材制造技术加工的镂空点阵结构具有优异的力学性能,成为理想的零件结构形式。传统的基于边界表达法的CAD建模方法在设计点阵结构时建模效率低下,开发高效的点阵结构设计模块是增材制造深化应用的关键之一。在分析镂空点阵结构生成方式的基础上,对PTC CREO、Siemens NX、Autodesk Netfabb、Materialise Magics四个国外知名软件的镂空结构设计模块进行了对比分析,对开发自主的面向增材制造设计的工业软件具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The lattice structure processed by additive manufacturing technology has excellent mechanical properties and becomes an ideal part structure. The traditional CAD modeling method based on boundary expression is inefficient in the design of lattice structure, and the development of efficient lattice structure design module is one of the keys to the further application of additive manufacturing. The lattice structure design modules of PTC CREO, Siemens NX, Autodesk Netfabb and Material Magics are compared and analyzed. It is of great significance to develop independent industrial software for additive manufacturing design.
