Abstract:
In order to overcome the shortcoming of servo linear feeding device in 3D spraying printing, a new scheme of 3D printing platform driven by single motor with fixed printing head and intermittent micro-feeding of printing platform is proposed. A intermittent micro-feeding device based on incomplete gear transmission is designed, and a multi-parameter combination intermittent micro-feeding device is established. The calculation model, the geometric conditions of the intermittent transmission mechanism for normal operation are deduced, the kinematic errors of the clearance mechanism under different parameter combinations are calculated, and the solutions to the errors under different matching conditions are given. Finally, the correctness of the design process is verified by a practical example of 3D printing in MATLAB, and a reasonable combination of parameters for the realization of minimum feed error by intermittent micro-feed device is given.
