基于MES的电驱生产工序流程设计与实现

Design and implementation of process flow of electric drive production line based on MES

  • 摘要: MES技术是企业发展信息化、智能化的重要手段。针对某汽车工厂三电融合电驱总成生产线信息化程度不高, 工序生产复杂等问题,结合MES技术,对工序流程关键技术进行设计分析,提出了一种高效可行的工序设计方案。利用VMware虚拟化技术,对系统硬件架构进行改进,在此基础上对工艺模板及生产流程进行优化设计。通过ⅧS平台实现了工序数据采集与设备分析功能。改进了原有的监控模式, 利用OEE作为测量指标。可以快速找出生产瓶颈, 优化生产工艺和生产结构, 总体上提高了企业信息化和智能化水平。

     

    Abstract: MES technology is an important means for enterprises to develop information and intelligence. Aiming at the problems of low information level and complex production process of an automobile factory's three electric integration electric drive assembly line, combining with MES technology, the key technology of process flow is designed and analyzed, and an efficient and feasible process design scheme are put forward. By using VMware virtualization technology, the hardware architecture of the system is improved. On this basis, the process template and production process are optimized. Through the MES platform, the function of process data collection and equipment analysis are realized, the original monitoring mode is improved, OEE is used as the measurement index to quickly find out the production bottleneck, optimize the production process and production structure, and improve the level of production line information and intelligence.
