基于RecurDyn的新型人字齿同步带应力与振动影响分析

Stress and vibration analysis of the new herringbone synchronous based on RecurDyn

  • 摘要: 以新型人字齿同步带为研究对象,建立其两轮同步带啮合传动系统的刚体模型,基于多体系统动力学软件RecurDyn对同步带进行动态性能分析,探究同步带初张力与转速对带齿应力和同步带振动特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,初张力300 N、转速1 000 r /min时,新型人字齿同步带在传动过程中所受应力更小、承载能力更强、振动幅度更小、传动过程更平稳。研究为新型人字齿同步带的齿廓修形设计与动态特性分析奠定了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: The rigid body model of new herringbone synchronous belt transmission system was studied. The dynamic performance of synchronous belt was analyzed based on RecurDyn. We explored the influence of the initial tension and rotation speed on the stress and vibration characteristics of the belt transmission system. The result showed that the synchronous belt has less stress, stronger bearing capacity, smaller vibration amplitude and more stable transmission process when the initial tension and the rotation speed were 300 N and 1 000 r /min, respectively. The research laid a theoretical foundation for the profile modification design and dynamic characteristic analysis of the new herringbone synchronous belt.
