连铸结晶器振动监控系统设计

Design of monitoring and control system for casting mold vibration

  • 摘要: 设计了一种连铸结晶器振动监控系统。该振动控制器采用STM32单片机系统实现,主要完成振动波形产生、位移数据采集、控制信号输出等功能;上位机监控采用LabVIEW平台实现,主要负责振动波形显示、振动控制器工作状态监控及各种参数的设置工作;上下位机采用CAN总线进行通信。试验表明:该结晶器振动监控系统使用方便、界面友好、性能稳定及成本低廉,具有较高的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: Monitoring and control system for casting mold vibration is designed in this paper. The vibration controller is designed by STM32 MCU system, which mainly performs the functions of vibration waveform generation, displacement data acquisition, control signal output; The program of monitor computer is made by LabVIEW, which is mainly responsible for vibration waveform display, vibration controller working state monitoring and various parameters setting. CAN bus is used for communication between vibration controller and monitor computer. The experiment shows that the system is easy use, friendly interface, stable, low cost, and has high practical value.
