基于AMESim的冲压装置控制系统优化分析

Optimal design of control system of stamping equipment based on AMEsim

  • 摘要: 针对一些特殊零部件的冲压,在采用了一种以三个同步气液缸来完成对冲压件三边的定心柔性冲压的基础上,为了进一步提高冲压装置的冲压精度和柔性化,通过AMESim仿真软件分析出一种最优化的控制系统方案,采用了一种串联节流阀与机械刚性连接相结合的控制系统,该控制系统能够确保零件冲压时的三边同步误差控制在允许误差范围内,能够冲压多种规格的零部件,具有结构简单,成本低,操作维护简便的特点,实现了零部件三边定心冲压的高精度化,可有效减少不合格品的产生,提高生产效率。

     

    Abstract: For the stamping of some special parts, a three-synchronous gas-liquid cylinder is used to complete the determination of the three sides of the stamping parts. On the basis of flexible stamping, in order to further improve the stamping accuracy and flexibility of the stamping device, an optimized control system solution was analyzed through the AMESim simulation software, and a combination of series throttle and mechanical rigid connection control was adopted. The control system can ensure that the three-sided synchronization error during part stamping are controlled within the allowable error range, and can stamp parts of various specifications. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, and easy operation and maintenance. The high precision of centering stamping can effectively reduce the occurrence of non-conforming products and improve production efficiency.
