Abstract:
For the stamping of some special parts, a three-synchronous gas-liquid cylinder is used to complete the determination of the three sides of the stamping parts. On the basis of flexible stamping, in order to further improve the stamping accuracy and flexibility of the stamping device, an optimized control system solution was analyzed through the AMESim simulation software, and a combination of series throttle and mechanical rigid connection control was adopted. The control system can ensure that the three-sided synchronization error during part stamping are controlled within the allowable error range, and can stamp parts of various specifications. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, and easy operation and maintenance. The high precision of centering stamping can effectively reduce the occurrence of non-conforming products and improve production efficiency.
