数控电解加工机床的能耗研究

Research on energy consumption of NC ECM machine tool

  • 摘要: 为了降低数控电解加工机床的能耗问题,分析数控电解加工机床能耗模型,在保证加工效率和加工精度的前提下,以电解加工平面为例,开展不同加工间隙控制状态、不同加工电压、不同电导率工作状态下的对比试验,结果表明:机床在自动控制加工间隙,电压为12 V,电解液电导率为0.115 Ω-1·cm-1时进行加工,能耗得到有效降低,表面粗糙度Ra=0.8 m,为机床能耗控制提供了有效方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the energy consumption of NC ECM machine tool, the energy consumption model of NC ECM machine tool was analyzed. Under the premise of ensuring the processing efficiency and accuracy, taking electrochemical machining plane as an example, comparative tests were carried out under different machining gap control states, different processing voltages and different conductivity working states. The results show that the machine tool has automatic control of machining gap, voltage is 12 V, electrolyte conductivity is 0.115 Ω-1cm-1. The results show that the energy consumption is effectively reduced and the surface roughness Ra is 0.8 m, which provides an effective scheme for energy consumption control of machine tools.
