Abstract:
In order to reduce the energy consumption of NC ECM machine tool, the energy consumption model of NC ECM machine tool was analyzed. Under the premise of ensuring the processing efficiency and accuracy, taking electrochemical machining plane as an example, comparative tests were carried out under different machining gap control states, different processing voltages and different conductivity working states. The results show that the machine tool has automatic control of machining gap, voltage is 12 V, electrolyte conductivity is 0.115 Ω

Ra is 0.8 m, which provides an effective scheme for energy consumption control of machine tools.
