液压铰链翻转机构设计

Design for hydraulic hinge turnover mechanism

  • 摘要: 液压铰链的翻转是其装配时的重要环节,目前由于缺少相应的翻转机构去实现液压铰链的自动翻转,导致其装配难以实现自动化,因此设计了一种液压铰链翻转机构。该机构主要由上料机构、转动机构以及下料机构组成。实现了液压铰链从翻转前治具块上的夹取、180°翻转及翻转后在治具上的安放。其结构简单、工作稳定且翻转效率高,现已应用于所研发的液压铰链自动化装配线中,对解决小型工件的翻转问题具有一定借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: The turnover of hydraulic hinge is an important part of assembly thereof. At present, due to the lack of corresponding turnover mechanism to realize the automatic turnover of hydraulic hinge, a kind of hydraulic hinge turnover mechanism is designed to realize the automation of its assembly. This paper mainly describes the working principle of the mechanism and the design of the mechanical structure. The mechanism is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, rotating mechanism and feeding mechanism. The hydraulic hinge can be clamped from the fixture block before turning, 180° turning, and placed on the fixture after turning. It has characteristics of simple structure, stable work and high turnover efficiency. Now the mechanism has been applied to the developed hydraulic hinge automatic assembly line, which has a certain reference value for solving the turnover problem of small workpieces.
