闭式整体涡轮电解加工工装夹具设计与实验

Design and experiment of electrochemical machining device for closed integral turbine

  • 摘要: 针对闭式整体涡轮涡道狭长、扭曲,常规加工不具备刀具可达性的特点,提出了电解-电火花组合加工方案。基于UG软件,进行了内、外涡道电解加工工装夹具的一体化设计,解决了装置密封与流道设计、定位与夹紧、导电与绝缘等问题。通过工艺实验,进行了结构优化,验证了装置的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The scheme of ECM-EDM combined was proposed aiming at the channel of the closed integral turbine which is so deep, narrow and distorted that tools were unable to approach. Based on the UG software, the authors designed the ECM fixture for the internal and external channel, which solved problems of sealing and the design of passageways, positioning and clamping, conduction and insulation and so on. In the experiments, the authors optimized the structures, then verified the reliability of the devices.
