电子凸轮曲线生成及使用方法研究

  • 摘要: 电子凸轮对于现代自动化设备有着重要意义,使用计算机及软件技术执行电子凸轮系统的设计优化和控制规律实现促进了电子凸轮曲线相关技术的发展。采用高次多项式连接关键位置控制点的方法解析一个完整的电子凸轮曲线,其设计过程清楚明了,解算方法也容易为程序所实现。该方法能够较为便利地设计出符合预期的运动规律,非常适用于需要执行多轴联动加工的生产设备。

     

    Abstract: Electronic cam is of great significance for modern automation equipment. The use of computer and software technology to carry out the design optimization and control of electronic cam system has promoted the development of electronic cam curve related technology. A complete electronic cam curve is analyzed by using the method of connecting key position control points with high-order polynomial. The design process is clear and the calculating is easy to realize by program. This method can be more convenient to design in line with the expected motion law, and is very suitable for the production equipment which needs to carry out multi-axis synchronous machining.
