基于FANUC PMI-A的压力机位置纠偏功能的实现

Realization of the position correction function of the press based on FANUC PMI-A

  • 摘要: 提出了一种压力机滑块位置自动纠偏方法。介绍了压力机纠偏实现原理,并基于FANUC PMI-A数控系统,详细叙述了系统外部工件坐标偏移功能实现方法及其在伺服压力机位置纠偏中的应用。该方法已在压力机中实际应用,通过对压力机相关运行曲线的采集及分析,进一步验证了该功能的有效性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: An automatic correction method for the slide position of the press is proposed. The principle of press correction is introduced. Based on the FANUC PMI-A numerical control system, the implementation method of the external workpiece coordinate offset function of the system and its application in position correction of servo press are described in detail. This method has been practically applied in press machine. The validity and practicability of this function were further verified through the collection and analysis of the relevant operating data of the press.
