基于物联网实时监控生产车间的能源效率研究

Research on real-time monitoring of energy efficiency of production workshop based on internet of things

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于物联网框架的能源效率实时监控系统,该系统不仅能实时监控能源使用情况,还可以通过数据包络分析技术实现能耗异常检测并量化能效差距。通过一个微流控设备生产线的案例分析,展示了该系统如何通过消除生产车间可能的能源浪费来提高能效,实现高效的能源管理。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes an energy efficiency real-time monitoring system based on the Internet of Things framework. This system can not only monitor energy usage in real time, but also realize abnormal energy consumption detection and quantify the energy efficiency gap through data envelopment analysis(DEA) technology. A case study of a microfluidic device production line shows how the system can improve energy efficiency by eliminating possible energy waste in the production workshop and achieve efficient energy management.
