激光微织构设备的研究和开发

Research and development of laser micro texturing device

  • 摘要: 激光微织构作为一种新型的加工手段,在摩擦副表面处理领域有着广阔的应用前景。其通过非接触式加工,在工件表面织构出符合摩擦学特性的微观形貌,以达到提高工件使用寿命的目的,且不改变工件的机械性能。采用四轴运动控制卡和通用Windows数控软件,开发了一个能实现工件表面激光微织构的专用设备。介绍了该激光微织构设备的机械结构、控制系统硬件和软件等,阐述了整个系统的构建过程、工作机理及关键技术。当前该设备已经投入工件试验,在平板和机械密封表面成功进行了微织构加工。

     

    Abstract: As a new processing method, laser micro texturing has a broad application prospect in the field of friction pair surface treatment. Through non-contact machining, the micro morphology of the workpiece surface is textured to meet the tribological characteristics, so as to improve the service life of the workpiece without changing the mechanical properties of the workpiece. By using four axis motion control card and general windows numerical control software, a special laser micro texture device for workpiece surface is developed. The mechanical structure, control system hardware and software of the laser micro texturing equipment are introduced. The construction process, working mechanism and key technology of the whole system are described. At present, the device has been put into work piece test, and micro texture machining has been successfully carried out on flat plate and mechanical seal surface.
