基于人机对话编程三轴车铣复合加工技术研究

Three-axis turn-milling composite technology based on man-machine interact programming

  • 摘要: 以车铣复合机床主要结构形式展开论述,对企业中广泛使用的三轴车削中心加工技术进行研究,给出机床端面圆弧、直线插补算法,提出运用特殊刀具进行外圆键槽和平面加工,实例说明人机对话编程的应用方法,通过凸轮螺旋槽编程说明人机对话编程较G代码编程的优越性,对车铣复合机床在企业的应用起到指导作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the main structure form of the milling composite machine tools, studies the three-axis turning center machining technology in the enterprise, gives the algorithm of arc and linear, the use of special tools for keyway and flat machining. The example shows the application of man-machine interact programming, which compares the superiority of man-machine interact with G-code programming through spiral slot, and guides enterprises the application of milling composite machine tools.
