一种新型液压油缸装配机构设计

A new type of hydraulic cylinder assembly mechanism design

  • 摘要: 针对目前液压铰链生产过程中,人工调整安放液压油缸所产生的生产效率低、装配质量低以及工人劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种液压油缸装配机构。机构由上料机构、检测调整机构以及夹取机构三部分组成,实现了液压油缸自动上料、销孔朝向的自动检测调整以及向传输治具上自动安放的功能。现已应用于液压缓冲铰链的生产线上,其方法对解决同类问题具有一定参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency, low assembly quality and high labor intensity caused by manual adjustment and placement of hydraulic cylinder in the production process of hydraulic hinge, a kind of hydraulic cylinder assembly mechanism is designed. The mechanism is composed of feeding mechanism, detection and adjustment mechanism and clamping mechanism, which realizes automatic feeding of hydraulic cylinder, automatic detection and adjustment of pin hole orientation and automatic placement on the transmission fixture. It has been applied to the production line of hydraulic buffer hinge, and its method obtains a certain reference value for solving similar problems.
