Abstract:
In order to achieve high-quality, high-efficiency and low-cost NC machining of honeycomb core parts, this paper puts forward a method for holding honeycomb core parts with false boss. Based on the holding method, a set of processing technology scheme of honeycomb core parts is established, the method of blank size selection, tool path generation and tool inclination angle acquisition method of honeycomb core parts are elaborated in detail, the NC machining of the honeycomb core parts without special tooling is realized. This process technology has been applied in the production of honeycomb core parts. And it has been verified in practical production, the results show that this technology improves the processing quality and efficiency of honeycomb core parts, reduces manufacturing costs, and improves the production environment.
