液压阀内交叉孔电解去毛刺试验研究

Experimental research on electrochemical deburring of cross-hole in hydraulic valve

  • 摘要: 为解决液压阀内腔十字交叉孔处的毛刺去除问题,根据电解加工相关理论建立了电解去毛刺加工的物理模型以及阳极溶解速度公式。以45#钢钻削内交叉孔相贯线毛刺为对象,开展了单因素试验以及正交试验,揭示了电压、加工时间以及电解液入口压力对毛刺残余高度的影响规律,并加工出了符合要求的工件,对实际生产有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of burr removal at the cross hole of the internal cavity of the hydraulic valve, this paper established the physical model of burr removing machining and the formula of the dissolution rate of anode, which were based on the theory of electrochemical machining. Aiming at the burr of the intersecting hole of 45 steel drilling, the paper carried out the single factor test and the orthogonal test, which revealed the influence of voltage, machining time and the inlet pressure of the electrolyte on the residual height of the burr, and processed the workpiece which meets the machining requirements. This paper has a certain reference value to actual production.
