Abstract:
The cover plate of bracket was researched in this paper, and the idea of suitable clamping design was discussed. The exploration of how to guarantee the high flatness requirement of machined parts was mainly studied. The point positioning clamping technology scheme was designed from the perspective of controlling the clamping deformation and residual stress deformation, and then the engineering verification method was used to verify the implementation effect of the technology scheme. The results shows that the point positioning clamping technology scheme can greatly reduce the clamping deformation in product processing, and can ensure the high flatness requirement of thin plate parts. The positioning clamping technology process was applied in the bracket plate product batch processing, and the theory of CPK data analysis was used to analyze the the production data statistics. It shows that the positioning clamping technology process can improve the stability of products in batch processing, and solve the difficulty to guarantee the bracket plate flatness in batch processing of bracket cover plate products, which can creat great economic benefits. This research provides a super process design case for the processing of sheet metal parts and provides a reference for similar designers.
