Abstract:
Gate cutting is a post-processing process of investment casting technology. Because this process uses a manual cutting machine to cut, it leads to high labor intensity and low production efficiency. According to the actual production needs of the project, design the appearance and mechanical structure of the cutting machine. And optimize the cutting mechanism based on the principle of rocker slider mechanism. Use SolidWorks to model the mechanical structure in three dimensions, use Motion to verify and improve the reliability of the cutting mechanism, and use Simulation to perform finite element analysis on key components. Improve the cutting ability of the cutting machine and increase the degree of automation of the grinding wheel cutting machine.
