基于GA优化的模糊控制液压伺服直驱泵控技术研究

Research of fuzzy control about directly driven pump controlling system based GA optimization

  • 摘要: 为了提高伺服直驱泵控系统的精度,提升控制系统瞬时响应性能,设计了一种基于GA优化的模糊PID控制方法。首先在本实验台已有非对称泵控缸数学模型的基础上,设计了模糊PID控制器,构造了遗传算法对模糊规则优化的模型,并进行优化实例计算。在此基础上,对优化后的模糊控制器使用MATLAB SIMULINK进行了仿真,并在伺服直驱泵控实验平台上进行实验。仿真和实验结果表明,基于GA优化的模糊控制伺服直驱泵控系统的控制精度与响应性能得到明显的提升。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and transient response performance of the directly driven pump controlling system, a fuzzy PID control method based on GA optimization is designed. First, on the basis of the previous research about mathematical model of pump-controlled cylinder, a fuzzy PID controller is designed. Then, the optimization model for fuzzy rules is constructed, and optimal example calculation is performed about a practical directly driven pump-controlling system. Finally, based above researches, step response of a hydraulic directly driven pump controlling system with fuzzy controlling is simulated using MATLAB SIMULINK and tested on the experimental platform. Simulation and experimental results show that the control accuracy and response performance of directly driven pump controlling system have been significantly improved by GA optimization to fuzzy controller.
