面向增材制造的拓扑优化设计模块分析

Analysis of topology optimization design module for additive manufacturing

  • 摘要: 拓扑优化是设计高性能、轻量化创新性结构的重要方法,增材制造技术采用逐层累加方式制备零件,使复杂拓扑结构的制造成为可能,二者结合具有天然的优势。为进一步深化拓扑优化在工程领域的应用,开发面向增材制造的拓扑优化设计模块势在必行。对Autodesk Netfabb、Altair Inspire、Siemens NX和PTC Creo四款主流软件的拓扑优化功能进行了对比分析,在此基础上提出了面向增材制造的拓扑优化设计的发展方向,以期为开发国产化工业软件提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Topology optimization is an important method to design high-performance and lightweight innovative structures. Additive manufacturing technology builds as-designed structures via layer-by-layer joining material, which makes it possible to manufacture complex topologies. The combination of the two has natural advantages. To further deepen the application of topology optimization in the field of engineering, it is imperative to develop a topology optimization design module for incremental manufacturing. The topology optimization functions of Autodesk Netfabb, Altair Inspire, Siemens NX and PTC Creo are compared and analyzed. On this basis, the development trend of topology optimization design for additive manufacturing is put forward, aiming to provide reference for the development of domestic industry software design.
