支撑架深孔的断续切削加工工艺研究

  • 摘要: 支撑架是一种放置和发射导弹的装置,其内孔是由五条筋板组成的深孔结构,由于其结构的特殊性,传统的深孔加工方法难以完成,因此在充分分析其加工过程中的技术难点的基础上,提出了设计专用夹具、改进找正方法、改进深孔镗刀三项解决措施,最终确定了合理的加工工艺方案,成功解决了深孔断续切削不稳定问题,仅保证了内孔的加工精度和表面质量,又提高了支撑架装填效率和使用寿命,更降低了使用风险。

     

    Abstract: The support frame is a device for placing and launching missiles. Its inner hole is a deep hole structure composed of five rib plates. Because of the particularity of its structure, the traditional deep hole processing method is difficult to complete. Therefore, based on the full analysis of the technical difficulties in the processing process, this paper puts forward three solutions: Design of special fixture, improvement of alignment method and improvement of deep hole boring cutter, Finally, the reasonable processing technology is determined, which successfully solves the problem of deep hole intermittent cutting instability, only guarantees the machining accuracy and surface quality of the inner hole, improves the loading efficiency and service life of the support frame, and reduces the use risk.
