Abstract: Taking the profile parameter measurement system of an aero-engine blade as an example, the final variables data of a certain type of blade is selected for analysisbased on the metrological measurement system analysis(MSA). Sampling the data of leading-edge thickness(LE THK), conduct an in-depth study of bias, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility, and illustrate with figures and tables. The research shows that under the same environmental factors and measurement method, the bias and linearity of the existing measurement system are acceptable so that the measuring machine meets the requirements. The repeatability and reproducibility are acceptable so that the operation of the surveyors meet the requirements. The entire measurement system meets the requirements.
