Abstract:
Gear transmission is widely used in the field of mechanical device. Gears are the main component of gear transmission. The machining accuracy and efficiency of gears directly affect the reliability and manufacturing cycle of the gear transmission. Through the theory of TRIZ innovation method, we obtained six solutions about the gear clamping system, and applied for four utility model patents. Combined with the traditional processing technology of the old workshop and the smart manufacturing of the new workshop, the weighted evaluation approach is applied to determine the optimal solution.
