Abstract:
Firstly, the design analyzes the structure and works principle of the planetary roller screw, the parameters are deduced and the design parameters of the roller screw are checked. Secondly, based on the calculated data, parametric modeling and virtual assembly of the screw are carried out using SolidWorks software, and the existing problems in the assembly process are analyzed. Finally, finite element contact analysis of planetary roller screw was carried out by Simulation module. The static stress and fatigue damage of the threaded joint are analyzed under the axial static load, Thus providing a basis for further improving its accuracy.
