行星滚柱丝杠的设计与有限元分析研究

Design and finite element analysis research of planetary roller screw

  • 摘要: 首先通过分析行星滚柱丝杠的传动原理及运动关系,推导出各零部件的参数,并对设计参数进行校核;其次基于计算出的数据,使用SolidWorks软件对行星滚柱丝杠在参数化建模及虚拟装配中存在的干涉问题进行分析检验;最后在Simulation模块下进行模态分析、螺纹啮合部位的静应力、疲劳破坏等有限元接触分析,为进一步提高其精度提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Firstly, the design analyzes the structure and works principle of the planetary roller screw, the parameters are deduced and the design parameters of the roller screw are checked. Secondly, based on the calculated data, parametric modeling and virtual assembly of the screw are carried out using SolidWorks software, and the existing problems in the assembly process are analyzed. Finally, finite element contact analysis of planetary roller screw was carried out by Simulation module. The static stress and fatigue damage of the threaded joint are analyzed under the axial static load, Thus providing a basis for further improving its accuracy.
