石材粗加工锯切机的设计与分析

The design and analysis of sawing machine for stone roughing

  • 摘要: 以提高石材平面浮雕的粗加工效率和自动化程度为目标,提出采用锯切动力头和侧向挤压榔头组成双动力头的五轴锯切机设计方案。锯切动力头可以在45°范围内偏摆实现金刚石圆锯片斜向进刀,能快速解决浮雕深度较小及边缘斜面等常见的加工难题;再依据石材(脆性材料)悬臂梁根部断裂原理,由挤压榔头动力头对已完成锯切加工的表面进行侧向挤压完成余量去除,实现平面浮雕全自动化仿形加工。并对石材粗加工锯切机的横梁部件结构进行优化设计,提升设备的整体性能。研究结果对石材平面浮雕的全自动化高效锯切粗加工有实际的指导意义和应用价值,市场前景可观。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the rough machining efficiency and automation degree of stone flat relief, the design scheme of five-axis saw cutting machine with double power head consisting of saw cutting power head and side extrusion hammer was put forward. The power head of saw cutting can be tilted within the range of 45°to realize the oblique feed of the circular saw blade, which can quickly solve the common processing problems such as low relief depth and inclined edge. Then, the processed surface was extruded laterally by the extrusion hammer, according to the root fracture principle of the brittle stone material. Because stone is a brittle material that is prone to root fracture, the machining allowance on the processed surface can be removed by lateral extrusion of the hammer-power head, so as to realize fully automatic processing of planar relief. The research results have a certain guiding significance and application value for the automatic and efficient saw cutting rough machining of stone plane relief, and have a considerable market prospect.
