Abstract: Based on SINUMERIK 840D sl, the calculation equation of torque compensation controller is derived through the control structure diagram of master-slave function, and then the output torque formula of master-slave motor and the torque selection formula of double motor are derived. According to these formulas, the basic parameters of master-slave function, debugging methods and effect verification, and the torque selection of double motor are introduced.
