柔性增减材混合制造工艺及加工设备的结构特性

Flexible additive and subtractive material mixed manufacturing process and the structure characteristics of processing equipment

  • 摘要: 基于所提出的柔性增减材混合制造系统概念的基础上,阐述了该制造工艺的工艺过程,并对整个制造系统的各主要加工设备的结构形式进行了深入研究。任何成熟沉积方式及其相应设备只要满足所给出的集成条件,即可添加到本系统中,实现沉积方式及其设备的“柔性”添加。进一步给出了适合本系统的一些常用沉积方式的结构形式,深入探讨了数控去除设备、应力消除设备、净化设备及工件/沉积盘分离设备在本系统中的结构形式。在此基础上,设计了针对所有加工设备的通用工作台的结构形式,描述了工作过程。这些研究为形成具体的柔性增减材混合制造系统奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: Based on the idea of flexibility additive and subtractive material mixed manufacturing system, its craft process is expounded, and the structural characteristics of the main processing equipment in the whole system were deeply researched. Any mature deposition patterns and its associated equipment were added into this system, and it needs met the integration conditions were given in this article, realized the "flexible" addition of deposition mode and its equipment and some structures suitable for the system were given. Based on the structure of numerical control removal equipment, stress relief equipment, clean equipment and workpiece/disc separation equipment in this system were discussed. The structural form of the universal workbench for all processing equipment was designed and the working process were described. Those studies laid the foundation for forming a practical flexibility additive and subtractive manufacturing system.
