精密铸造陶瓷型壳DLP光固化3D打印机的研制

Development of DLP light curing 3D printer for precision casting ceramic shell

  • 摘要: 3D打印技术融合精密铸造已成为传统企业创新发展的新方向。研制了用于制备精密铸造陶瓷型壳的DLP光固化3D打印机,其主要结构包括DLP曝光系统、Z轴运动系统、控制系统以及成形系统。对设备的主要部分结构进行了设计,通过试验研究了相关成形参数,确定了合适的Z轴移动速度为150~300 mm/min,每层曝光时间为30~35 s,层厚为0.1 mm,最小打印尺寸为0.9 mm,可为后续制备陶瓷型壳的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The integration of 3D printing technology with precision casting has become a new direction for the innovation and development of traditional enterprises. DLP light curing 3D printer was developed for the preparation of precision casting ceramic shell, its main structures include DLP projection system, Z-axis motion system, control system and prototyping system. The main structure of the equipment was designed, relevant forming parameters were studied through experiments. The appropriate Z-axis movement speed was determined to be 150~300 mm/min, each layer exposure time was 30~35 s, the layer thickness was 0.1 mm, and the minimum printing size was 0.9 mm, which could provide reference for the subsequent research on the preparation of ceramic shell.
