国产BS100型拉刀刃磨床数控化改造技术研究

Research on numerical control reformation of domestic BS100 broach grinder

  • 摘要: 国产BS100型拉刀刃磨床原设计技术落后、生产工艺标准低,难以满足现有拉刀制造工艺要求。电气控制上采用先进技术进行数控化改造,有效地提升了机床数控化水平和加工效率;工艺上合理采用免修整成型砂轮、高压冷却加工,较好地改善了砂轮表面温度和拉刀表面粗糙度;应用拉刀齿距自动测量技术,解决了手工磨削时重复修磨的问题,实现拉刀精准修磨。

     

    Abstract: Domestic BS100 broach grinding machine has backward design technology and low production process standard. It is difficult to meet the requirements of current broach manufacturing process. In electrical control, advanced technology is adopted to carry out numerical control transformation. Effectively improve the level of CNC machine tool and processing efficiency. In the process, no-dressing forming grinding wheel and high-pressure cooling processing are used reasonably to improve surface temperature of grinding wheel and surface roughness of broach. The application of broach pitch automatic measurement technology, solved the problem of repeated grinding during manual grinding, achieve the broach precision grinding.
