Abstract:
Based on the requirement analysis of tool coding in tool manufacturing enterprises and the coding classification theory, a visual flexible coding system (VFCS) was proposed to analyze the function of the VFCS system, which was divided into four modules: code structure design, code bit content design, code input and operation analysis, and code query. First, complete the development platform selection and coding specification based on XML data structure description. Secondly, code specification design is divided into two parts: structure design and code segment content design to realize the separation of code logic and content. Finally, code structure information was defined as graph nodes, interactive drawing method was used for visual modeling, finite state machine and directed graph traversal were used to realize code structure analysis, and VFCS system design was completed. Visual coding technology can not only be practical and efficient but also improve the design and management level of cutting tools.
