Design of visual flexible coding system for cutting tools

  • 摘要: 通过对刀具制造企业刀具编码的需求分析,依据编码分类理论,提出可视化柔性编码系统(VFCS),对VFCS系统进行功能分析,划分为代码结构设计、码位内容设计、代码输入与运行解析、代码查询4个组成模块。首先,完成了开发平台选型以及编码规范的基于XML的数据结构描述;其次,代码规范设计分成结构设计、码段内容设计两个部分,实现代码逻辑与内容相分离;最后,将代码结构信息定义成图形节点,利用交互绘图方法进行可视化建模,用有限状态机和有向图遍历实现代码结构解析,完成了VFCS系统设计。可视化编码技术既具有实用高效性又能提升切削刀具的设计管理水平。

     

    Abstract: Based on the requirement analysis of tool coding in tool manufacturing enterprises and the coding classification theory, a visual flexible coding system (VFCS) was proposed to analyze the function of the VFCS system, which was divided into four modules: code structure design, code bit content design, code input and operation analysis, and code query. First, complete the development platform selection and coding specification based on XML data structure description. Secondly, code specification design is divided into two parts: structure design and code segment content design to realize the separation of code logic and content. Finally, code structure information was defined as graph nodes, interactive drawing method was used for visual modeling, finite state machine and directed graph traversal were used to realize code structure analysis, and VFCS system design was completed. Visual coding technology can not only be practical and efficient but also improve the design and management level of cutting tools.
