基于CAM的个性化树脂镜片复合加工工艺研究与专用设备研发

Research on composite processing technology of personalized resin lens based on CAM

  • 摘要: 针对个性化树脂镜片的加工特点,在详细分析镜片的数学模型基础上,提出1种4轴数控加工模式,用以替代原有5轴曲面加工才能完成的任务,并在此基础上研制开发一种全新高效自动化个性树脂镜片加工设备。该设备具有机械手上下料、双主轴高速复合加工等特点,采用刀具切割代替砂轮磨削的镜片加工工艺,一次装夹即可实现镜片的轮廓切割、钻孔、表面刻字等一系列完整的复合加工,降低了劳动成本,大大提高了镜片加工的效率和精度。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the machining characteristic of personalized resin lens, on the basis of detailed analysis of the mathematical model of the lens, it puts forward the model of a 4-axis NC machining, used to replace the original surface processing to complete the task of 5-axis, based on the research and development of a new efficient automation personality resin lens processing equipment, the equipment has the manipulator up-down material dual axis high speed composite processing characteristics of the cutting tool instead of the grinding wheel grinding lenses processing technology, a clamping the outline of the lens cutting drilling surface engraving can be realized, and a series of complete composite processing, reduce the labor cost, greatly improving the machining precision and efficiency of the lens.
