基于ANSYS的曲轴磨床床身的动态性能分析

Dynamic performance analysis of crankshaft grinder bed based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 运用SolidWorks软件建立数控磨床床身模型,导入ANSYS分析软件分别进行静力学和模态分析。根据分析结果,对床身壁厚、掏沙孔形状及筋板布局等结构进行优化设计。综合各结构优化方案,优化后的床身体积增加1.199%,最大变形可以减小52.034%,第一阶固有频率提升21.478%。

     

    Abstract: SolidWorks software is used to establish a model for CNC grinding bed, and the CNC grinding bed's static and model analysis are carried out in ANSYS software. According to the results, the structures are optimized, including the thickness of the bed, the shape of dig sand holes and the layout of the ribs. Synthesized all schemes, the optimized bed volume is increased by 1.199%, the maximum deformation can be reduced by 52.034%, and the first natural frequency is increased by 21.478%.
