基于机器视觉的双金属铸件圆孔测量方法

A method for measuring round holes of bimetallic castings based on machine vision

  • 摘要: 针对目前某军工企业双金属铸件圆孔测量时存在的工作效率低和精度差等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的双金属铸件圆孔测量方法。该方法利用亚像素边缘检测算法进行圆孔的内外圆的检测,通过引入轮廓的全局性参数K来获取所选轮廓内的最佳拟合圆,得到该圆孔的圆心和半径,并算出圆孔的同心度。实验结果证明,测量方法提高了检测效率,能够快速地测量出圆孔的尺寸,并使误差缩小到2个像素,测量误差降低了20%。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the low working efficiency and poor precision in the round hole measurement of bimetal casting parts in a military enterprise. This paper proposes a method for measuring round holes in bimetallic castings based on machine vision. This method uses the Canny algorithm to detect the inner and outer circles of a circular hole, and by introducing the global parameter K of the contour to fit the circle to obtain the best fitting circle in the selected contour, the center and radius of the circular hole are obtained, and Out of the concentricity of the circular hole. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method. The measurement method improves the detection efficiency, can quickly measure the size of the circular hole, and reduces the error to 2 pixels, and the measurement error is reduced by 20%.
