基于指数分布论域模糊PID的超精密金刚石车床导轨运动控制

Motion control of ultra-precision diamond lathe based on exponential distribution universe fuzzy PID

  • 摘要: 针对传统PID控制难以适应超精密加工中存在多种非线性扰动的问题,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真对比了PID参数对超精密金刚石车床导轨阶跃响应的影响规律,提出了一种模糊PID论域优化方法,并将优化后得到的指数分布论域模糊PID控制方法应用于车床导轨的控制。仿真结果表明,相比传统的定参数PID控制,指数分布论域模糊PID控制方法使系统响应速度变快,表现出更优的控制效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of traditional PID control in adapting to the influences of various nonlinear disturbances in ultra-precision machining, this paper compares the influence of PID parameters on the step response of SPDT guideway through MATLAB/Simulink simulation, and purposes a fuzzy PID universe optimization method, and develops an optimized fuzzy controller named exponential distribution universe fuzzy PID controller for the control of the guideway. Compared with the traditional PID controller with fixed parameters, the simulation results show that the exponential distribution domain fuzzy PID controller makes the system response speed faster, showing a better control effect.
